Big update: the first Graphic Knit prototypes are in, and they look fantastic!

I’ve been busy combing over all the knit details on the first batch of prototypes. There are only a couple small edits to the knit patterns, so that puts us in great shape for production if we meet the project goal.

Speaking of the project goal: so far the project is already 35% funded – THANK YOU! There are still a few weeks to hit 100%, and for you to fetch your own if you haven't done so already.

I’ll be out and about marketing, but, nothing really beats word-of-mouth. Do you know anyone who loves a good pattern or cozy knit? I would really appreciate your help by passing along your enthusiasm (and the link to the campaign, of course) to any or all of your friends!

Now, back to the prototypes. Check them out:

The prototypes for Falling Leaves, Sweater Weather, and XOXO are all ready to go - the knits, colors, and silhouettes are all are expected. For Say Cheese, as you can see here, there's not enough contrast in the different planes on the cheese. I'm updating the yarn colors and density of the "shading" patterns to make this block of cheese really feel more three dimensional. These edits are already in progress and will be ordering a new prototype in the next day or two.

Check out the campaign on Kickstarter for more info.

Say Cheese - Again!

As you may have noticed in the first batch of prototypes, the Say Cheese design needed a few tweaks. The original yarn colors and shading weren't giving quite enough contrast in the different planes of the cheese block, and the...
